With Election Day in NYC just one day away, locals across the city can expect polls to be open from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. Candidate for mayor, Zohran Mamdani, spoke to supporters as he made one final push to earn votes before tomorrow's election.
During an interview with FOX 5 NY political reporter Morgan McKay, Mamdani explained that one of the first things he would do to address the affordability crisis in New York City is put together his rent guidelines board. He says this board determines the rent increase, or lack thereof, for the over 2 million people that live in rent-stabilized housing in the city.
