YouTube Description
as posted by the channelA former Department of Justice employee who threw a sandwich at a federal agent in Washington, D.C., earlier this year was found not guilty on Thursday.
Sean Dunn was seen on a viral video hitting a U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CPB) agent in the chest with a sandwich on U Street in D.C. in August, when President Trump deployed federal agents, including the National Guard, to the nation's capital. Protests broke out in the city in response to the deployment.
He was charged with assaulting, resisting, opposing, impeding, intimidating and interfering with a federal officer.
Dunn's lawyers argued it was an act of protest and not a violent attack.
