as posted by the channelThe Tampa Police Department has released new aerial video showing a pursuit ahead of a crash that killed four pedestrians and injured 13 others at a business in Ybor City.
During the pursuit, police said the driver traveled down a busy 7th Avenue and lost control of the car, crashing into the patio area of Bradley's On 7th, striking a crowd of people.
Police said they arrested the 22-year-old driver, Silas Sampson on multiple charges. The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office released footage of Sampson being booked into jail.
