Three children ages 8, 9 and 14 and a 21-year-old were killed in the hall where at least 100 people were gathered, San Joaquin County Sheriff Patrick Withrow said. Eleven people were wounded, and at least one is in critical condition, Withrow said. No one is in custody.
Stockton Mayor Christina Fugazi is offering a $25,000 reward for anyone with information that leads to a significant arrest. Meanwhile, FBI Sacramento is offering a reward of up to $50,000. Officials identified 14-year-old Amari Peterson as one of the victims who was killed.
