as posted by the channelWe are gathering more information after one person was killed and another was critically injured when two helicopters collided and crash-landed in New Jersey on Sunday. According to the Hammonton Police Department, calls of an aviation crash were received at approximately 11:25 a.m. The NTSB said it has opened an inquiry and that an investigator was traveling to the scene. LiveNOW’s Shawna Khalafi is speaking with Pablo Rojas, an Aviation Attorney at Podhurst Orseck.
Early indications show that investigators are scheduled to continue their work this week on the crash site in the 100 block of Basin Road. We are hearing that the investigation will continue with documenting the wreckage of both helicopters. The aircraft will also be transported to a secure facility for additional evaluation.
