as posted by the channelWe are learning more tonight after Border Patrol fatally shot a man in Minneapolis on the morning of Jan. 24. The man who was fatally shot by Border Patrol was identified as 37-year-old Alex Pretti. Minneapolis Police Chief Brian O'Hara said Pretti was a Minneapolis resident and U.S. citizen. Today’s incident was first reported on by the City of Minneapolis who said at the time that it was "aware of reports of another shooting involving federal law enforcement in the area of 26th Street W and Nicollet Ave."
