YouTube Description
as posted by the channelWe are hearing about a story centered around thousands of dollars’ worth of stolen beehives that were found by authorities in rural California this week. The discovery happened in Yolo County where the local Sheriff's Office says deputies this week were alerted to boxes of beehives that appeared along a remote zone in the northern part of California. Authorities who specialize in agricultural crime responded to find live hives in the area. Deputies say that the beehives had been seemingly modified to try to hide any notable markers. LiveNOW’s Shawna Khalafi is speaking with Detective Thomas Griffin with the Merced Co. Sheriff's Office to learn more about how these stolen hives were recovered.
