LiveNOW’s Andy Mac is speaking with Emily Green, the Chief Correspondent for Reuters in Mexico and Central America as the death of "El Mencho" sparks continued fallout in nearly a dozen Mexican states due to a forceful reaction from the cartel.
According to reports from inside Mexico, "El Mencho" was killed during a shoot-out in his home state of Jalisco as the Mexican military attempted to capture him. Cartel members have now responded with violence across the country, blocking roads and setting fire to vehicles.
