The two were photographed together at an exclusive resort in Arizona following the owners' meetings.

Russini and Vrabel -- who are married to other people -- both downplayed the pics Page Six obtained and published last week, according to TMZ. Russini claimed there was a group of friends hanging out at the luxury resort, and he said it was "laughable" to consider the pics showed anything but an "innocent interaction."
“Moreover, this media frenzy is hurtling forward without regard for the review process The Athletic is trying to complete," Russini said in her resignation letter. "It continues to escalate, fueled by repeated leaks, and I have no interest in submitting to a public inquiry that has already caused far more damage than I am willing to accept."
