Naval ships were ordered to immediately leave the strait of Hormuz as soon as the signing of the Memorandum to effect. U.S. officials released some of the terms of the proposed 14-point agreement. Key provisions include:
-Iran will destroy its enriched uranium
-60-day toll-free transit through the Strait of Hormuz
-Iran will resume oil sales
-U.S. to help develop $300 billion rebuilding fund
