Details: Fire fighters had a difficult time rescuing a person after crashing into high-voltage powerlines. As shown in the video power lines were arcing due to the high-pressure water shooting straight into the powerlines. firefighters then bravely rescued the man from the electrified water before DWP could turn the power off. He was transported to a hospital in moderate condition.
