LAFD responded to a report of an automatic alarm which upgraded to a structure fire while enroute. Units arrived on scene to find a 6 Story medical center building with smoke and small flames showing out of the fourth story window. Firefighters were able to quickly make entry into the building and knock down the flames. At this time, no injuries were reported and the building has been fully evacuated.
