Ulster Correctional Facility
I am currently on a road trip in upstate NY. While on my trip I decided to conduct a few 1st Ammendment Audits. I saw this NYS PRISON and decided to check it out. The two Lieutenants & Sgt. all were under the impression I was breaking state law. (I wasn't)
They called the NYS police and they were properly educated on the law and our rights!
