16:38Now PlayingI was conducting a 1A Audit on the Dutchess County Jail located in Poughkeepsie, NY. As I was filming from the public sidewalk a correctional officer arrived and blocks the sidewalk insisting I "move on" ...then because I told him he's breaking the law not me he said I'm "looking for trouble. The CO calls deputy sheriffs to the scene who in my opinion honored their oath. I have been dealing with a lot of tryants lately so it's a good change of pace.
