38:55Now PlayingStates Attorney Stephen Sedensky, who is the head States Attorney of the Danbury, CT district (GA3) is personally prosecuting my case. Normally the head States Attorney only handles serious felony high profile cases but it seems like he has made it a point to prosecute this unlawful arrest himself.
Instead of charging the Allied Security Guard Phil Genussa for his threats and assault on me, he places four more charges against me.
It is clear to me Mr. Sedensky wants to take this case to trial and I welcome it! The corruption and tyranny is clear and on video in this case! If you’ve been following along you know the truth. I believe this to be malicious prosecution by the SA. And I will be contacting his boss the Chief States Attorney Richard Colangelo to report this injustice!
