As I was peacefully exercising my freedom of press right to hold our government accountable & promote transparency, Plainfield City Hall did not portray it's city in a professional or positive manner, to say the least. I was followed my police when they knew my intentions but constantly threatened for apparently passing some criminal line. I would say that Plainfield City Hall needs to work not only on their professionalism with the public they serve but should also brush up on their knowledge of the constitution.
