20:02Now PlayingFellow Patriots & Freedom Lovers, on November 8th 2021 I was unlawfully arrested and charged with Felony Eavesdropping for exercising my 1st Amendment Right of Freedom of Press at the City Hall In Berwyn, IL. Later the charge was changed to Disorderly Conduct. Shortly after my unlawful arrest, We the People held a protest outside of City Hall where Mayor Robert Lovero ripped down the unconstitutional signage that restricted recording. Even though he ripped down the signs he I was still being maliciously prosecuted by State’s Attorney Alyssa Dunbar. I refused to take a plea deal offered by Ms. Dunbar and the matter was set for trial. I’m the day of trial the presiding Judge said I could record the trial which terrified the State’s Attorney so much that they decided it was in their best interests to have the charges dismissed in my favor. Now, We the People are holding the city official and Police Department of Berwyn, IL accountable for their tyranny with this Federal Civil Rights Lawsuit that was just filed in District Court!
