On September 19th 2023 I was arraigned on the charge of Criminal Trespass in the 3rd degree. I plead NOT GUILTY.
Nassau District Attorney Anne Donnelly petitioned the court for eight Protective Orders against me. Two were Law Enforcement Officers, the remaining Six were for various County Employees who I assume work at the Nassau DSS. Judge Norman A. Sammut granted these Protective Orders despite the fact that these orders violate my Constitutional Rights.
I will be contacting the local news to see if they will cover this injustice!
