Ashfork, AZ – On October 5th, Coconino County Sheriff’s Office Deputies out of the Williams District responded to a call from hunters of a suspicious vehicle located on Forest Service Road 6, northeast of Ashfork, Arizona. Vehicle information indicated it belonged to Chelsea Grimm, a person reported missing as reported by the Phoenix Police Department on October 4th. Chelsea was last seen on September 28th in Williams, Arizona. Information during the investigation suggests she was possibly with her vehicle on Forest Service Road 6 on September 30th. Chelsea was believed to have been traveling from San Diego, CA to Connecticut. The Coconino County Sheriff’s Office Search and Rescue and Criminal Investigations Divisions responded to the area immediately and began search efforts. The investigation is ongoing at this time.
