Gun control in America is rooted in racism. The goal was to stop melinated beings from being able to defend their lives and possibly becoming the dominant beings.

Knowing this and doing the work we do at #BlackGunsMatter I sometimes have to remember that beginners are unaware of these historical facts. Beginners also sometimes believe this false narrative of a “post racial America.” Does this mean that EVERYTHING is racist? Not at all. However, there are still some backwards thinkers that would attempt to judge and also even attempt to harm you, based on your skin color.

For these types of individuals who would try to attack you, I want to remind everyone, you should be ARMED. Don’t focus so much on the videos of melinated beings being abused, attacked or killed, that does nothing but add to the false “melinated beings can only be a victim” narrative. You have tons of examples showing those types of images already to motivate self to being the VICTOR in life and death scenarios.
