You’re plugged into the matrix.
Let’s be clear….
Owning or carrying a firearm is not a death sentence.
Many of you aren’t saying that outright, I know…
But I want to make it VERY clear.
The Second Amendment doesn’t vanish because you showed up to a protest.
This Venn diagram floating around is low key attempting to justify a HORRIBLE narrative.
The idea that LEO’s are justified killing Americans for being armed and/or recording officers?
That’s not logic.
That’s propaganda.
Be mindful.
As a pro gun person/account…
Don’t flip into anti gun talking points the moment this became nuanced.
“Wrong place.”
“Wrong time.”
“Shouldn’t have been armed.”
Those are not pro Second Amendment arguments.
Those are the exact same arguments gun control uses….
Just dressed up in fake pro gun, Republican wrapping paper.
The presence of a firearm does not equal a threat.
And spreading that idea is dangerous, irresponsible, and flat out wrong.
If we claim to support the Second Amendment…..
We don’t get to excuse state violence when it’s inconvenient.
We don’t get to rewrite the rules after someone is dead.
Be very, very careful what you share.
Misinformation weakens your position.
If you actually care about safety, responsibility, and preserving rights….
