Controversial livestreamer , Chud The Builder (Dalton Eatherly) is facing serious felony charges after a shooting outside the Montgomery County Courthouse in Clarksville, Tennessee. On May 14, 2026, Eatherly was involved in a physical altercation that turned into gunfire, leaving him and another man wounded.

Aggravated Assault
Reckless Endangerment with a Deadly Weapon
He is currently held without bond.
