The House Rules Committee on Monday considered contempt resolutions against former President Bill Clinton and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton after the pair refused to appear before the Republican-led House Oversight Committee, which is investigating the Justice Department's handling of the investigation into Jeffrey Epstein. The committee also considered the government funding package that was passed by the Senate last week.
