as posted by the channelIt's finally completed! My Savage Arms Model 12 FV chambered in .223 (5.56mm). It has been custom built with a Accuracy International Chassis System for a stock and Sightron 8-32 SIII Long Range Precision Rifle Scope.
Savage arms make some great rifles and I wanted to stick true to them as a brand. The bolt action rifle is made for me to shoot targets at the bench or prone with a Harris Bipod. The stock itself cannot be bought for savage rifles and most that we're have been sold. They are very rare. This is a one of a kind rifle with the Savage bolt, action and barrel factory.
It has been cerakoted in coyote brown or FDE and has a A-TACS camouflage paint scheme applied via HydroDipping the AICS Skins (plastic sides).
Sadly I haven't not shot it yet as I have not had much time to do so but I can assure you I will let you guys be the first to see that round fly down the barrel ;-)
