Its goal is to convince both the Oregon and Idaho state legislatures, and then the United States Congress, to redraw the boundary between Oregon and Idaho. The goal is to take at least 15 mostly rural, conservative-leaning counties in Eastern Oregon and have them become part of Idaho.
