9:56Now PlayingEmily Jashinsky is joined by Scott Jennings, author of the brand-new book “A Revolution of Common Sense: How Donald Trump Stormed Washington and Fought for Western Civilization, “ CNN Political Contributor, and host of “The Scott Jennings Show.” They discuss Georgia Rep Marjorie Taylor Greene’s sudden resignation from Congress. Greene has framed her exit as a protest against the political establishment and the MAGA “machine” turning against her. Jennings argues the real reason is that Trump privately discouraged her from running statewide in Georgia by showing internal polling that predicted a major loss—something Greene took as a slight. He also argues that politics is a team sport: Trump sets the agenda, and members who oppose him, should expect political consequences.
