Welcome to day three of #MindsetReset!

Social psychology has proven that we all have basic needs and when those needs are not being met, we tend to fill them up in other ways: work, food, stuff, complaining, etc.

If that sounds familiar, you’re not alone. That’s why we’re doing this together. Once we identify those places that have something missing, we can pay better attention to what we’re filling them with.

You may want to share today’s video with your kids because I go through the prompts with my son, Oakley, and he gets honest about what his favorite and least favorite moments of 2018 were. This practice has made a major difference in my kids’ lives over the years, so I hope it will do the same for you and yours.

Remember, anyone can join #MindsetReset at any time, just head over to www.melrobbins.com/MindsetReset and get your guide to get started with us now!
