In yesterday’s video, my husband Chris and I shared our own limiting beliefs with you. And WOW did that resonate with you!
So many of you commented on social media about how shocked you are with the number of times YOU turn toward self-defeating thoughts, too.
Does this sound like you? Then today is the day to change that.
Today’s training is less than 20 minutes and I teach you a method I’ve been using that makes an incredible difference. It’s called Think This, Not That. I want you to start switching out those default thoughts with new ones.
I’ve included a few examples below to help you get started:
Instead of "Nobody likes me," THINK "The right people like me."
Instead of "I’m too old," THINK "I have years of valuable experience that make me an asset."
Instead of "I’m behind," THINK "I’m on my own timeline."
Instead of "I’m not good enough," THINK "I am more than enough already, just as I am."
Here’s what is covered in today’s training:
The #1 limiting belief that almost everyone has.
How to reprogram your default thinking.
What to do when your default thinking is the result of what someone else is telling you.
