as posted by the channelA couple of things I learned from doing this TIHYDP. One, break it up into managable segments. Not only does it help with my patience and my pc's stress level, but Sony vegas starts to get unstable after 2 hours of video editing.
I assume in the future what I'll do is split up each TIHYDP into parts; for example, in the upcoming TIHYDP GTA5, I'll be doing it in 5 parts; 3 for the base game, 1 per each DLC. that's about 40 videos a part. However, if there's not much fail in the playthrough, it could be shorter. The base game could be a small as 2 parts, and the DLC could be as much as one video (combining the two DLCs).
What I am debating currently is whether or not I should upload a complete edition at the end. Also, if there's going to be parts, then I feel that the breaks are going to slowly disappear. Unless it's something extremely pertinent to the TIHYDP, like this one and DSP vs Nintendo, then I don't think I'll keep wedging them in. Maybe I will, occasionally, but for the most part, I think some things will change. Having a 4 hour TIHYDP for the second one ever is taxing, but I knew what I was getting into when I said I would do ones that the average person wouldn't.
