YouTube Description
as posted by the channelThis one is personal. Paramount’s upcoming film By Any Means tells the true-story-inspired account of Greg Scarpa, a Colombo family captain, FBI informant, and one of the most controversial figures in mob history.
I knew Greg. We were both part of the Colombo family, and I remember him talking about the time the FBI brought him into Mississippi in the 1960s to help investigate the murders of civil rights workers. It sounds unbelievable: an FBI agent and a mob guy working together, outside the normal rules, each using their own skills to get answers. But it really happened.
That’s what makes By Any Means so intense. It is not just another crime movie. It is a violent, historic, and powerful story about the Civil Rights era, the FBI, organized crime, and the unlikely partnership behind a real investigation.
Starring Mark Wahlberg as Greg Scarpa and Yahya Abdul-Mateen II as FBI agent Wayne Strider, directed by Elegance Bratton, and released by Paramount Pictures, this is one I believe people are not going to want to miss.
By Any Means - coming September 2026.
