I’d like to believe it’s neglect. But my heart says it’s another Epstein situation: Cowboy Republicans with deep investments in Mexico wanted the Zetas wiped out, only way to do it was arm the Sinaloas. Like Epstein, declassifying it all would get schmutz on the GOP donor class.
