Since posting workouts, and sharing my health routine regarding foods I eat and supplements I take, I have received more questions regarding foods, meal delivery programs, and shopping lists. So, for the New Year, I have been working with a meal delivery company to bring you- healthy, affordable (about $14/meal) and most importantly, FLAVORFUL meals I would eat, without all the preservatives and chemicals! For the past month I have been secretly testing these meals, and let me say this, they taste great!
