A money-driven leader asks:

“What do I get from this?”

A faith-driven leader asks:

“What does this form in me and in others?”

One builds outcomes.

The other builds people.

Money-driven leadership creates pressure.

People feel it.

Teams feel it.

Families feel it.

And everything becomes fragile when results slow down.

Faith-driven leadership creates safety.

When people feel safe, they grow.

When they grow, results eventually follow.

This isn’t about being poor or rejecting success.

It’s about what you worship when pressure shows up.

If you want to be driven by money, you better be ready to face having numbers but no one left to share them with.

If you want to be driven by faith, you’ll have influence, trust, and a legacy that outlives your title.
