A variance due to the pandemic that allowed driver education instruction to be offered online will expire in August. Senator John Jasinski, R-Faribault, is author of a bill that would allow self-paced online driver education courses in Minnesota. He joins Shannon to describe the need to modernize driver education offerings, and he outlines his reservations with cannabis legalization.
