That’s when YouTube came along. I didn’t know the first thing about video editing, coloring, lighting, sound, or scripting. My first videos were getting tens of views. And on top of that, the videos not great.

Although I thought my videos were amazing [show something funny], I still wanted to improve. So I took an acting class and some things changed, for example “What’s up my name is Jaspreet Singh” became “new what’s up my name is Jaspreet Singh”

But the channel didn’t have anything super catchy to grab peoples eyes so I made a video doing what I do best, breaking things and eating. (show me breaking tree, jar, golf ball, drinking milk)

And, you know I always believe that it’s important to take care of your community. It costs money to eat and it costs money to feed people. So to help raise awareness about the struggles some people have to go through, I went homeless for four days and 3 three nights and vloged the whole thing

After that, me and a community service organization I co-founded created and gave care packages to the underprivileged in our community

And as the channel grew, more and more people began to see the videos, and some people weren’t happy that a guy with a turban and beard is on YouTube we got comments like “veggies restaurant owner”

Now, almost a year later we grew to about 16k amazing YouTube subscribers, we have 4 free eBooks, one paid book, and a free video series on building a digital brand. You can see all of these below.

None of this would be possible without the continued love and support we’ve gotten from so many of you. I was really against starting a YouTube channel, but it’s amazing to see all the people we are connecting with. And I cannot thank you all enough because your support is seriously what keeps me going.
