4:35Now PlayingThe Maharashtra Government has approved the retail draft policy in principle and the details will be unveiled next month. The policy objectives include raising the floor to floor height limit by 10metres and 50% additional floor space index over the base FSI to develop shopping centres. The government will also create 'retail entertainment zones' and 'retail clusters' by providing a slew of tax benefits. The parking rules will be amended, so that the parking space is not counted in the FSI. Tune in to the video to know more:
