Congress leader Kumari Selja says RERA has come along way since its inception in 2009 and now home buyers can look forward to a fairer deal. She adds that both BJP and the Congress has supported RERA. Sudesh Verma - National spokesperson, BJP says that the builders, only serious about their work will get registered by RERA and the victims - the home buyers can be given justice. Within one year all BJP and Non-BJP states wiil have to set up these tribunals. And these tribunals are going to fast track the cases in 60 days. Keki Mistry, VC and CEO, HDFC Ltd. expressess that RERA brings in the inner confidence by a buyer to believe that he or she is not alone and is being supported at every step when it comes to buying property.
