Answer: In Noida and Noida Extension within Rs 20-25 lakh, 100-200 sq yard plot could be availed. In Greater Noida, up to 500 sq yard plot could be availed in this budget. In Gurgaon, 60-200 sq yd plot depending on the location could be availed.
In Noida, Sectors-89,148, 162, Pusta Road, Noida Expressway, the price ranges between Rs 12,500-22,000 per sq yard. In Greater Noida, the price ranges between Rs 3500-4000 per sq yard. Pari Chowk could be considered. In Gurgaon, areas to be considered are Sohna, Sohna Road, and Dwarka Expressway. The price bracket ranges between Rs 12,500 - 40,000 per sq yard.
