Question: He bought a flat, but the builder is not registering it. He paid Rs. 80 lakh for the same. The builder gave the possession and got the furniture made. However, he wants to give him the remaining amount of Rs. 50 lakh in cash. He is not willing to do this. He reported this to the Bengaluru police commissioner. The senior citizen helpline is not responding properly. The helpline asked us to exit the project. As per the sanctioned plan only 6 flats were to be built. However, the builder built 16 flats. What legal recourse can I take?
