Answer: Sohna is located approx. 15-20 Km South of Gurgaon and is presently a small satellite town of Gurgaon. The real estate market of Sohna is currently at nascent stage.
The market has been positioned as an affordable alternative to Southern parts of Gurgaon like Golf Course Extension, Sohna Road, SPR with housing options available at nearly 50% of price to the ones available in Gurgaon.
