I have shortlisted Supertech Eco Village 3 & Ace City. I am getting a 3 BHK sized 1,300 sq. ft. for Rs34-35 lakh in Supertech and 2 BHK sized 1,100 sq. ft. for Rs36-37 lakh in Ace City. Which one is better? Can you suggest better options or areas? This is a pure investment. I plan to hold the property for 5-7 years.
