Answer: Handewadi is in Hadapsar area which has well developed social infrastructure and is also close to IT hub. Handewadi is a new evolving area and has smaller units which are affordable. Most of the developers here are local so before any kind if payments check your approvals and legal process. You will get 1BHK sized 550-750sq. ft. in your budget. Dynamic Linea is still under construction but you’ll get the possession at the earliest of 2017 as expected.
