Question: I want to invest in Enigma by Indiabulls on Dwarka Expressway in the next 2 years. This is for end-use. What is the right price to pay for a 4 BHK apartment in Enigma? Are there better options in the area in or around Gurgaon or Delhi?
Answer: Dwarka Expressway has issues with completion of the main transport corridor. While efforts are on to solve that problem, the final resolution is yet to take place. Till then the Expressway may not be very liveable. As a result of these issues, you can get a property at much lower rates than before. If you are looking at occupying two years down the line, it may be ready. ARCOP has designed the 15.6-acre layout.
