Any location around Thane is fine. The budget is Rs. 85 lakh (inclusive of taxes). I have shortlisted Pride Residency. Is this a good investment bet? Are there better options?
Answer: Areas, where you can get a 2BHK within Rs 85 lakh, include Ghodbunder Road, Kasarvadavli and Thane West. The size of 2BHK apartments in these areas is 783 - 1100 sq ft. Apartments in Thane West are of smaller sizes (675 - 770 sqft).
