Question: We purchased a 700 sq. yard plot 4 years back in Nyati Highland, Pune. We plan on selling it. Is it the right time to sell? What kind of future prospects can I expect?
Answer: This is not the right time to sell. Values have dropped over the past few months. Currently, the demand seems to be for flats. Few plots are available. These are priced between Rs4,500 - Rs5,000 per sq. ft. It's better to hold till market conditions improve.
