Answer: 1BHK sized 635 sq. ft. will cost around Rs35 lakhs in Vasai West. There are planned infra layouts which can raise the prices in Navi Mumbai. Even the airport will be ready by 2019 which could raise the values. So it is a good time to buy. The prices went up from Jan-Feb 2016 and now since June the average prices in the locality are Rs5,982 per sq. ft. This project is at Rs5,718 per sq. ft.
