Question: I plan to buy a property in Kalyan Shilphata. My budget is Rs. 35-40 lakh. I have shortlisted Bharat Eco Vista, Dosti Planet North and Bhoomi Lawns. Which one should I choose?
Answer: A lot of developers have taken interest in that location. Between these three projects - Dosti Planet North has longer track available. So my suggestion would be going with Dosti Planet North. But that doesn’t mean Bhoomi Lawn and Bharat Eco Vista is bad. Only that in your budget Dosti Planet North will be a good option.
