Question: I want to buy a 3 BHK flat sized 1,730 sq. ft. in Sai Vatika at Sector 63, Faridabad. Is this a good investment bet? What are the future prospects of this project?
Answer: Sai Vatika is a developed project which was completed in 2015. The current resale price ranges between Rs2,700 to Rs2,900 sq. ft. which is a good price in NCR region. However, this project is located away from developed Faridabad area.
Since the project has good connectivity with bye pass road and it has good industrial base in the neighbourhood, the project is good for end-users working in the close vicinity. We cannot expect too much price appreciations in this area as there is huge supply in the other developing locations of Faridabad with good proposed connectivity with Delhi.
