Question: I want to buy a 3 bhk + study room in Greater Noida West. My budget is Rs50 lakhs. This is for end-use. I have shortlisted Amrapali La Residentia, Valencia Homes and Royal Nest. Which one should I choose? Please suggest good ready-to-move-in properties or those whose possession is expected in 6 months.
Answer: Amrapali La Residentia is located in Techzone 4 with current price by builder at Rs3,500 so you can get good 3 BHK in this price range but the possession is likely to be in 2018. Valencia is also in the same price range with possession likely on another 3-4 months. It is being developed in Noida Extension. Royal nest's price is slightly lower at around Rs3,200 with possession likely in Sep2017. So you can choose Valencia project as it is near to get possession.
