Please suggest other good properties in Noida expressway/Noida extension/Greater Noida that are ready-to-move-in or nearing possession.
Answer: In our opinion you can go for Gulshan Ikebana because Lotus Zing is under construction property and only 2 towers are being handed over in 2-3 months, Possession is being offered in Ikebana for almost entire project. Quality of construction and past track record of Gulshan is better than Lotus zing. You can also explore sec-137 on Noida expressway some good developers like Logix, Paramount Gulshan are there.
